A fantastic choice for individuals without dental insurance or those preferring a direct annual membership for convenient and potentially more affordable care than traditional dental insurance options.

$599 per adult per year and $299 per minor per year. Memberships include:

• Routine cleanings (2 per year)
• Periodontal exams (2 per year)
• Necessary x-rays
• 15% off any additional services including whitening

The ortho maintenance plan is designed for minors with braces that need additional cleanings to help maintain oral health while undergoing orthodontic treatment. $399 per year (minors only):

• Routine cleanings (3 per year)
• GBT airflow cleanings
